3 inch is actually a 2 inch bow
The 3 inch bow are actually 2 inches. Bought for a gift thinking they would only be an inch smaller than the 4 inch I had previously purchased. They are good enough to wear with pigtails but not enough for a ponytail. Contemplating weather I should just return and purchase the 4 inch bows Pictured is the difference between the 4 inch and the 3 inch bows.

My daughters love them!
These Halloween bows are very cute and well made. My daughters love choosing which bow(s) to wear to preschool! :)I'm excited to buy more after Halloween!11/5/2019:We loved the Halloween bows so much that after Halloween, we ordered the regular colored 30 pack!The colors are beautiful and now my daughters have a huge selection to choose from! But the Halloween bows seemed to be better quality. The clips were centered better and loops were more even, but it's not too noticeable, so we're still happy with these, and this quality for less than 40 cents a bow is unbeatable!The 3 inch bows are perfect for pigtails, ponytails and buns!
