I ended up tossing this Product. Yes it did help with hunger BUT the longer I was on it the more jittery I became. I felt like I was going to pass out during the day. I woke up in middle of night once and thought my throat was swelling shut I was having problems breathing. The next morning these got tossed in the garbage.

I started taking these 2 weeks ago. I’m feeling no different and I’m actually hungrier than usual.
