Yes, my bottle was sealed and capped, it also comes with a different capp for different use.. I noticed the other castor oil I ordered for my mom didn't have the sealed cap

It's listed USDA organic, 100% pure Castor oil. Non-comedogenic, free of: Hexane, alcohol, sulfate, cruelty, paraben, it's cold pressed, and GMO-free. Great stuff and 4 fl oz lasts a very long time. Highly recommend this product.
