Beechfield Tactel Performance Baseball Cap/Headwear

Shipping from the UK was fairly quick, and as the other reviewer noted, the description says "waterproof", but the tag on the cap says "water resistant. What I don't like about this though, is how shallow the hat is. The bottom of the hat sits a good 1-1.5" above the top of my ears. I am a very petite woman but with a slightly large head (22" circumference - about 7.5 hat size) - it fits fine around the circumference because it's adjustable, but it constantly feels like it's going to fall off - any bit of wind or the slightest bump would knock it right off, which doesn't work for me as I'm hoisting two toddlers around in rainy/windy Boston.Update 9/15/16: I bought The Weather Company Unisex Waterproof Rain Hat, https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GTT7ESW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1, to replace this one and it's perfect!

How can a cap be "waterproof" when the tag clearly says it's only water resistant? How can a cap be "breathable" when it's wind restant, has not ventilation and fits very snug to your head? This cap is made to wear in foul weather and not for casual wear. Yes, it's "one size" but ti doesn't fit most. If you wear a 7.5 US size or larger you won't like this cap.

Tends not to fit very well. I wear an Extra Large and that's what I ordered. It seems to fit like a large which is small for me. I decided to keep it but I would not recommend it.I received it already.

Low profile, easily adjustable, waterproof and look great. I now own 3 of these caps.

This hat fits perfectly, is made well, and is priced below many other similar products! You can't go wrong!

I have been using this hat for the past several months as a binman in British weather. Pros:-Comfy to wear all day (8 hrs +).Yes it keeps the water out as much as a cap can,The peak of the cap has not disformed even after being roughly jammed in a bag each day.Tightening the toggled elastic has kept it on even in winds that blow bins down the road.No damage so far, so probably will have a decent lifespan.cons:-Not proven but probably a bit warm for summer, haven't changed it for a wooly hat all winter.Doubt it will be worn for style.

Fits easily and I have quite a large head. The only thing is that may not be quite deep enough but seems to fit ok. Adjustable. Possibly waterproof. Keeps sun out of your eyes. Light in weight and folds slightly to fit into your pack.

I take a large hat it just fits, i agree with other reviews re toggle, since I don't need to reduce the hat size I cut it off.The hat IS water proof and fairly warm, it folds into my pocket very easily, I love it.

Wanted a lightweight cap with visor, as I cannot always be bothered to carry an umbrella, this cap is lightweight, adjustable and definitely waterproof and the price point was great.Would recommend, excellent.

Really good product. The hat is great in the rain but doesn't give you the uncomfortable hot head that you can get with gortex. One area for improvement would be to replace the toggle size adjuster. It's probably a personal thing but I don't like the feeling of the toggle against the back of my head. That still this is still worthy of a 5 star review.
