No elastic, did not fit well
There was no elastic at all. They were either too big for small heads, or too small for large heads.

Doesn’t fit a child’s head over 4
I bought these for my pre k class and they really didn’t fit the children’s heads, will it fit an adult head at all. That being said they had fun with them

There wasn’t any elastic to stretch onto children’s heads. Couldn’t put on kids
