Italian Raw Milk Provolone Cheese (4 Pound Cut)

I eat raw cheese. I also like provolone. But raw provolone is almost unpalatable. This has nothing to do with the seller; I just give it 3-stars on the product itself. I will definitely try other varieties of raw cheese and stick to the ones I like. The package was in great shape and came with Styrofoam with ice packs inside.
