I have several of these now. Love them. Great light output and great adjustment of light. Easy and wide range of intensities. Love the ultra-low level and how you can turn on to it without having to cycle down from a brighter level. Light color is good for LED. very light. Very small but still with great light output! Comfortable. magnet in base is great for, say, sticking to under side of car hood or such if you need constant direction of light and don't want others to lose light when you step away. The rubber holder that holds the light on he band is great - holds is steady but you can adjust it up or down. Takes some work to get the light unit out to use handheld, but I like that - there's no way it's going to pop out on you un-intended. The band has held up well ... wellllll... except the band is not Mastiff-proof. My big boy decided to chew on one of the lights. The elastic was cosmetically damaged but still intact, but I can't say the same for the plastic "buckle" ... at least what part of it I saved from ending up in his gut. With a little work on the scroll saw and some files, I made a replacement out of some 1/8 aluminum bar stock and the light is back in service! Charging these are relatively simple (micro-USB) and quick for how long they last and the LED that tells you charging/full is great. So far, all batteries have continued to hold up well. Love that I can replace the Li-Ion cell if one does go bad. I can't say enough good things about this little light!

Ultra light, SUPER BRIGHT, battery seems to last forever on medium, got them for kids, family, given them away to friends, must have 10 of them, one in every car. I use them EVERY DAY. One that I use the most I've had for 4 years and the SAME BATTERY and it still works great. It will light up your entire front or back yard in Turbo mode. The best light on the market for the money.

I really like this very small, light weight and powerful headlamp or pocket carry headlamp. It is ideal for EDC, keeping in a glovebox for emergency or laying around the house for odd jobs. The Thrunite JR H01 offers firefly at 0.5 lumens for 15days, low of 6 lumens for 60 hours, medium at 50 lumens for 7 hours, high at 195 lumens for 100 minutes and turbo at 687 lumens for 75 seconds and it jumps down to 205 lumens for 85 minutes. Comes with 16340, 650mah battery. This light is a must have for anyone looking for a small, powerful and very reasonably priced headlamp for less than $30 bucks.

I really like to buy American made products when I can. I simply cant afford American made flashlights. Therefore I bought this one. I am pleasantly surprised at the quality. The brightness is spot on for most hiking and hunting applications. The fit and finish is as good as it gets. Battery life is good. You will be hard pressed to find a better headlight for the money. I only wish it had a top strap so that you could more easily use it without a brimmed hat.

The reason I got this light is for it’s small size and rechargeable battery. I had another version that took a single AA battery that only lasted a year with minimal use (the battery was corroded which happens). Didn’t want to run into this problem again. For the most part, this product is a solid piece. It’s easy to use, with multiple light settings. The SOS flash pattern is a nice touch. It’s comfortable and adjustable. I had a couple issues when charging. First, the port on the flashlight has a gap in it that could allow water or dust in if the port cap were to fall off. It’s maybe 1mm wide… Second, when I first plugged in the device it was flashing purple, which I thought meant it was charging. This was not the case. It was actually not changing properly. I tried a different cord and different usb chargers. Still flashed purple. As I was about to send it back, I noticed a small slip of paper in the box (surprised I didn’t lose or throw it out) that said tighten light before charging. Once I did this, the circuit in the flashlight was secured and it charged up just fine. My guess is that this helps prevent it from accidentally being turned on or keeps the battery from draining. Not 100% sure though.

I have owned several Thrunite lights now for several years, first being the TH20, which at the time of purchase i was unsure of. But after many years of use, and the fact I have several different makes this has been my go to headlamp. I like the simplicity and no gimmicks design and the fact they work and give good light. I now have a new light weight favorite, the H01.

It is the first rechargeable I own using 16340, 650 mAh battery - IDK precisely how it compares to similar18650 lights, but would expect the smaller battery, while lighter, means shorter run time for equal output in a more compact light. Not overly hot on Turbo mode. For "every ounce counts" types who backpack, a good choice for dual purpose pocket light/headlamp. Comes with pocket clip for EDC, 2 spare O-rings, 2 spare covers for mini-USB charge port, and short recharging cable.
