I did not order this to use as a coin purse. I am using it to hold a small, very nice Boker pocket knife. I am very pleased with the functionality. I had another pouch that I was using but the placement of the snap on that pouch had the potential of scratching the knife. With this item the snap is located so that the knife cannot move down to where the snap is and it is surrounded by soft, smooth leather. The snap closes firmly and the shape fits well in the pocket of my jeans. The leather is rustic, a good thickness, and will be durable. I applied Bick4 leather conditioner to darken it and even out the color as well as moisturize the leather.

Absolutely nothing to dislike about this product.The leather is very good quality & just the right thickness. The button clicks strongly in place, so you won't need to worry it'll pop open at all.The size is just perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. It's superrrr compact yet can hold a decent bit of coin (obviously don't expect to hold a jar of coins).For all my years of amazon shopping, this is the only product that i'm 200% satisfied with.Defo recommend this to all types of users.

When I first opened the package I was a little disturbed about how small it was. But when I put coins into it, it held a lot. /the size is perfect for my pocket. I like the leather and the good construction. The purse came in a cloth bag which was a lot of storage possibilities. Over all I am very happy with the product and fast deliver.

I've written several reviews on various Hide and Drink products and have always been impressed with the workmanship and quality of the items. That said, this coin pouch may be a bit overpriced for what you get. It's basically a few square inches of leather stitched to make a pouch then folded like a taco and fastened with a snap. It's not overwhelming, but it is a decent little pouch for loose change and looks good doing it. I'm surprised by the reviewers who complain about the size - how much change do they need to carry anyway?Assuming it's not stuffed with twenty bucks worth of Susan B. Anthonys, it lays flat in the pocket and does a nice job keeping your change quiet and in one place. And, in these days of using plastic for everything, it's kind of a fun throwback to simpler times. I was a little disappointed it didn't come with the hallmark H & D cotton shipping bag, but these are challenging times.

This is my second Hide & Seek half moon coin purse. I had the first one for close to 3 years and would still have that one, but I accidentally left it behind at a store checkout counter. I liked it so much that I purchased an exact replacement 1 day later. The coin purse has great leather that holds up very well over time. It becomes more supple over time and the snap has never failed me. It is no means stiff when new; however, it will become more supple and allow you to fit a few more coins into it. It can easily carry an amount of change that’s comfortable in a pants pocket.

I bought 2 of these to hold my earbuds. They are a tight squeeze. Craftsmanship is good, just very very small holding space. Photos attached.

Unique design. Love the leather. Reminds me of something my grandpa would have carried - simple, caringly crafted, made to last. I have purchased a card holder from this company and it is equally nice. Will buy more from Hide and Drink.

Way too small for a man. Doesn't hold the amount of change a man normally carries and makes a big lump in his pocket. Build quality was excellent. Gave it to my 10-year-old son and he was thrilled.

I had one that was magnetic as all Canadian coins are attracted to Magnets. Hope everyone this pouch is small and does the tyrick

It's really lovely just would have liked it in nicer packaging it came in a clear plastic bag. Would of been nice in a cloth bag.It didn't look the price that it was.
