Waste of money. It doesn't get heated. Wax is too thick.

I bought this 5 months ago, when I first used it on my underarm it caused a little irritation and I thought it was just because I wasn’t used to getting it wax. I used it on my underarm again after 6 weeks and the next day my underarm was swollen and was so itchy, I ignored it and just applied aloe vera to help with the itching and when the redness and swelling went down it left a dark mark around my underarms that is still visible up until now. I didn’t want to throw it away so I stopped using it for my underarm and I decided to used it on my legs 2 days ago and I wish I should not have! It broke out my legs also, it feels like having strawberry skin but all red and itchy and irritated. I am definitely throwing this away, I’m sad that it didn’t workout. But, I guess you do get what you pay for so watch out to anyone trying to buy this. If it breaks you out the first time just return it.

I was bit disappointed as the wax was leaking . My disappointment went away when i used it. Amazing results. Very handy and easy to use. Strips are too good.
