This product has both Adeno and Methyl, which really is best absorbed by the body. Easy to use dropper and no flavour.

Possibly a bit strong but within the recommended maximum
I would have preferred something less strong, but I add one drop to a small amount of water and that one drop is shared between three of us. Still well over the recommended daily dose- but even if you have one drop a day entirely to yourself, this is below the toxic level! Just don't overdo it. This B12 is needed as we are not eating meat and two of us are quite elderly.
