( 09 Velvet Scarlet) - Mamonde Creamy Tint Colour Balm Intense, 09 Velvet Scarlet

I bought a certain shade of this brand of lipstick about 8 years ago in Korea, and it was my favorite shade and brand of lipstick ever. It was this red-violet, plum-ish shade. I have been in search of that shade and sadly I don't think they make that shade anymore... this was the closest, judging from the photos. However, this shade was really more actual red than plum. Like, bright red. Which was disappointing from a "I'm looking for a certain shade" perspective, but nevertheless, the formula of the lipstick has not changed. It does not transfer to your teeth or smudge, (it may transfer to napkins, however) and hardly chaps my lips or decreases intensity throughout the day. It is also VERY matte, in that crayon-y kind of way. Still my favorite lipstick, but it sucks that all the shades are mostly reds.

I love this brand of lipstick. Their entire line of lipsticks goes on very opaque and stays on a long time. I have little wrinkle lines at the edge of my lips and this product covers them up and does not bleed. The colors are very bright and striking. This color is velvet red which is a bit on the orange side. My favorite color is red soul. If you like the natural look this would not be for you.

I've been using this for a while now, it's my favorite lip product by far! The color pops, the texture is smooth, and it has a lasting effect. My only complaint is that it chaps my lips, no matter how much I try to prep with lip balm or chap stick. It would be helpful if they added a moisturizing property of some kind!

I absolutely love this shade, perfect with my skin tone, very flattering i highly recommend this for anyone especially those with medium tan like myself.

I like this color but the expiring day is too short, just 4 months from the day I received the lipstick.
