These scissors cut well and stay sharp.

These scissors have the look and feel of quality. They are sturdy and sharp. My nails are thick and tough, but these have no problem in providing an effortless trim that is neat and clean. They are a little smaller than the ones I had been using, but I had no trouble adjusting to their size. My hands are large, but not extra large. Very well made. They are a little more expensive than the cheap pairs you are used to seeing at drug stores and department stores, but not by much, and are well worth it. I believe they will be serving me for a long time.

I recently emigrated from Germany and had to find out I didn't have a scissor for my nails (never been a fan of clippers). So I went here and started browsing for one. Having had one of the low end scissors before, which were dull/thick and didn't cut, but bent your nails I decided to spend a bit more. After going through a bunch of different different ones and their respective reviews, I decided to buy these due to overwhelmingly positive feedback.It's sharp and cuts very well. All in all, I feel it was a good idea to spend a bit more in order to get a quality product.

Excellent quality. Tight. Sharp. Only owned it for a short time, so have no info on how long it may last or remain in this condition. 4/5 because I'm unsure the cost/value is right. Seems expensive.

I was hesitant to buy this pair since I do not have a great track record with manicure scissors purchased in the US. These deliver in sharpness and maneuverability for both nails and cuticles. The steel is heavy duty so you will not have to keep your toes for the salon. I would still stay away from using them on hard toe nails due to the size of the scissors and to keep its sharpness. Worth every penny.

I have only used these scissors for a month to trim finger and toe nails, but they are working perfectly. They are very sharp, shaped in an ergonomical way and the hinge has no excess play. I, unlike others, do not use the pointed tips, but note that they are very sharp with the sides functionally tapered, and would be perfect for their intended purpose.

These are very nice scissors--great quality and should last a life time. They are a bit stiff to work--so I put a drop of sewing machine oil on the screw and this helped to looses the mechanism. I would highly recommend these scissors. Nice to get good quality instead of the junk coming from China.

I recently spent over $25 on 2 different pairs of spring handled nail clippers that were absolutely useless. I had a previous pair that simply wore out and couldn't understand why anyone would manufacture a product that wouldn't cut a thing, basically just mashing down on the nail and doing nothing. I had a German-made nail set 30 years ago that was marvelous, so I decided to try one more time to get a product that would actually cut my nails. These are exactly what I was looking for! Fits in the hand perfectly, just the right amount of curve, size and gliding blade movement. Thank you!

The scissors are of really good quality and very sharp all the way to the tip. I love that they are not overly thick. They handle well. I'm very happy with my purchase.
