So I will warn you these pills are rather large like fish oil and prenatal vitamins large but they work great. The prenatal vitamins I take do not have choline in them and it is vital for child brain and cognitive development. The pills are white, odorless, and tasteless. You get 240 pills per bottle and the serving size is one pill so they should last about 8 months which is a much better deal than I was able to find in any store. I have been taking these for about a year and every pill is the same size and the size, smell, and taste do not change from bottle to bottle like other vitamins have a tendency to do. I highly recommend this product to anyone who needs to increase their choline intake.

I started taking this while pregnant to add choline to mine and baby‘s diet. Doctor approved. I still take this even though I’m no longer pregnant. Great price point and quality. There is no smell. Easy to take. And there’s zero aftertaste.

As an older person ... I think that I need help with focus and clarity (brain fog). I am trying this.
