They fit 18” American girl-type dolls.

Q: Will these fit a cabbage patch doll?

I would say yes, although they may be a little bit long. They are made for 18” dolls and I don’t think CP dolls are that tall.

Q: Do you think these would fit a 15 inch tall

I bought these dresses to go with the 18 inch American girl dolls for my granddaughters. They work very well for them. So if a 15 inch doll is proportioned similar to the American girl dolls, the only problem would be that they would be a tad long for a 15 inch doll. However, if the 15 inch doll is a baby doll and is thicker in the middle than an American girl doll, these clothes would not fit them. They are snug on the American girl dolls that are 18 inches.
