The first time we used this luggage both handles broke and it a tore next to the zipper. It was NOT over stuffed and it was under the 50 pound limit when we checked the bag at airport. I would not recommend this product to anyone! I only gave it 1 star because you cannot leave a review without at least a 1 star rating.

The product is a little difficult to configure/unlock and lock the luggage.

Awful Quality, Even Worse Company
Used on 3 trips. This is the result. They promise a 10 year global warranty. Problem is, they don't. It is impossible to actually submit a claim because the company doesn't exist online anymore but still sells product. A quick search and across the line, no customer has been able to get their warranties honored.I'll give them props. Brand the product Italian, push contemporary designs, lie and secure consumer trust. It's straightforward and lucrative. I can't think of worse human beings than those behind Mia Toro, and I'm surprised Amazon honors their business.
