These are fine. Good for really heavy flow.
Frankly overpriced for the quality it seems. There were threads hanging off some of the seams and I have no idea how long the stitching will last because of it. I had many similar pairs from a few different brands for prices like $12 per 3-pack to $26 per 2-pack. Those never last more then like 6-8 months because the stitching always sucks and comes undone. So I bit my lip and bought the more expensive brand like thinx expecting better quality stitching. These aren't even the most expensive underwear I own so I would be ok with the price if these were actually high quality overall. And the only thing these underwear seem to have gotten wrong IS the stitching as everything else including the materials seems to be quality. The only upside to these is they are for super heavy flow. A whole diaper really without looking like one. Most of the ones I own are for light and moderate flow. And I have like 3 pairs for really heavy flow but these seem to absorb even more then that. Kinda excessive for me as my flow is generally low to moderate for most periods. I don't bleed enough in the 8 hours that a pair of period undies should be worn to fill-up these even to a half-way point. But wearing them longer then 12 hours is also not an option because I don't want any bacterial infections, thank you very much.BTW here is my PSA: Period underwear, just like any other period product, is not meant to be worn for too long. 12 hours should be the absolute max, but frankly you should aim to change your underwear every 6-8 hours. That means that if you wash them immediately you need like 7-8 pairs at the minimum in order for them to be changed 3-4 times a day and have time to dry afterwards. With the previous information in mind, the amount of undies I would need of this sort for a single period is gigantic. Considering how often these need to be washed, the fact they do not dry quickly as these are for super heavy flow, the fact that the stitching seems so flawed, and that you would need to own a lot of these to cover your whole period if you account for how long these dry: they are not worth the price in my opinion. I guess get them if you have super heavy flow days. They should be good for that. But supplement them with other types of period undies for when you aren't on the super heavy flow. I might give the brand one more try in maybe their heavy or moderate flow underwear. I definitely will not be getting another pair of these specific ones simply because I don't bleed so heavy and so these will not be used often anyway. Another thing I have to mention is that these run small. I usually wear a 2x-3x in undies from different brands and these I had to get in a 4x and they fit like a glove. So yeah sizing is definitely smaller then I am used to. 4 stars because these do work well. I just don't know how well they will last. I will probably update the review at some point when they become unusable to see how long they lasted and what failed first. If the stitching actually does hold up for over a year then I might change to 5 stars. I really do need to try another pair though I think. The cut on these is flattering for my bodyshape though and all the other thinx I have seen do not look promising.

Heavy bleeders no leaks
These are amazing!!! They work so well please keep in mind do not put these in the dryer it clearly says it on the label if you put them in the dryer it will mess up the pad hand wash or put them or put them in the washer machine but only use cold water and hang them up to dry i love these so much I have completely stopped using pads and tampons which I was a bit worried about at first because I do bleed heavy but no issues I have not leaked once while using these

They work!
I’m not postpartum but I was looking for period underwear since I have been having a bit of a sensitivity on my sides (where the regular bikini panty seams would lie) and I can’t wear my regular undies with a pad. So the construction of this panty was perfect. The seams where in the front and back so they didn’t bother me. The leg holes also sat a bit lower and didn’t bother me either. Im a 33in waist, 41in bum, large thighs and also 5ft tall. I got an XL. The panties sat well at my waist line (above bellybutton) and did not pinch or dig. On the thighs it was a bit odd. They look like they dig into the front of my thighs but it doesn’t hurt. On the back of my thighs there’s a little room kinda where the bum and thighs meet. So 🤷♀️…. They fit a bit baggy on my bum (it could probably fit a bigger caboose better). But I know they would have been too tight around my waist and thighs if I had gotten a size L. So I prefer it this way. They did absorb well and I didn’t feel itchy or wet like I normally do with pads. (😬) This was far more comfortable. (😌) Washing went well. When you hand wash them, you do see your blood come out… but hey — it’s your own fluids you kinda gotta get over it. The drying took took about 36 hours -yup- so you’ll probably need more than one, which is something to think about when buying (because on my budget they are kinda expensive.) I would use them one day, wash, air dry them (as recommended) and and then use them again, meanwhile I’d use pads. But they dry nicely and feel the same when you put them back on. So I’ll definitely look into purchasing another one of these or perhaps another one with a smaller capacity to use on lighter days. Hope this helps anyone looking to purchase!

All the coverage of a pad, without the diaper feel
They're more comfortable than pads, and I appreciate the environmental impact. Make sure to wash with cold water only, so they actually get clean. Warm water will set bodily fluid into the fabric; it'll never smell clean again.

Good concept, poor quality
I purchased a pair at the very end of June, and have worn it only one day of my period, the heaviest day, for those just incase moments. The concept is great and it actually works which is also great, however after only literally 4 wears, one day per month; July, August, Sept and Oct and of course washing/drying after each wear, the pair is not worth it. I hand wash and put in the dryer. After the first time drying them, the “pad” portion of the panty was filled with fuzz balls and continues to collect them every time they are dried and now after the 4th wear the seam threads are coming undone all over.

LOVE THESE
I bought one pair and had to come back for more after trying them. I can put them on and forget about my period for the rest of the day, even on heavy flow. Comfortable enough to sleep in. My new go-to for period days. Way better than tampons or pads. 10/10.

Worked better than overnight pads
40 year old mama here. I'm 5'8" and 145 lb and I got a medium. I just had my second LEEP procedure and was cautioned that there could be heavy bleeding after. No blood escaped these. They work wonderfully. A bit pricey but worth the piece of mind. I hate hand washing but these things can be thrown in the washer on delicate and laid flat to dry. I washed and dried in the same day so that I could wear them for a second night and not have to worry about my mattress. They're really comfy too and don't make me feel like I'm wearing a diaper to bed. Love love love.
