I landed at buying this price ultimately for the value and reviews. I didn’t see much on the US side in terms of reviews so was a bit nervous. I can confirm I’ve had the bike for about 3 days and it’s been an absolute blast. I even installed a toddler seat on the front to take my 3 year old on rides. The bike itself seems pretty solid and easy to use.Pros: Deisgn, Easy of Use, Able to install extra seat, priceCons: not as fast as I’d like. I’ve only been able to to get up 16 mph. This is a nice bike. The bike was very well packaged. Pretty color, i like the bike horn, seat fairly comfy, love that the throttle is a thumb trigger. The speeds change easily. This is our first ebike and we are very happy with this purchase. So glad that we went with the 20 inch wheels; I beleive that you should only purchas the 26 inch wheels if you are a taller person. We went to a store that had ebikes and did a fit test before deciding on the size of the bike to purchase.

never written a review before. this is my first ebike. had it for about a month and a half truck is broke down still haven't bothered fixing it. have about 200 miles on it. no complaints really, plenty of power to go uphill and the ride is smooth. grocery shopping is easy, i just take my bags in with me. just got down with a 20 mile ride today, using lowish power settings when i got home still had 80% battery left. the only problem I had was the light kept coming loose, added a washer to the screw and no more problems. you can flip the seat up, allowing you to take the battery out without taking your seat off. those big tires really let people know when i am coming up on them on trails.

REVIEW EXIT: bike worked well for the first eight months. Then, unfortunately, I was unable to ride it for about four months. I followed their directions precisely on how to care for the battery while I wasn’t riding it. The battery now cuts out after about 8 miles, rendering the E bike part of the E bike useless. they want $400 more to replace the battery. Be cautious of this company. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are not responsive and no one will email you back. I am now stuck with a useless bike.Double check everything! It’s not quite solidly built. But it’s OK. The video that helps you put it together isn’t great. Check all the parts make sure they’re all in good working order. I’m not a huge fan of their return policy, you’ll be charged a 20% restocking fee and have to pay for shipping. Make sure you absolutely want this before you buy it. I’ll update my review after I ride it.

Seller reached out to me , and made it right. scratches don't affect the operation of bike , and they sent me a free bag for small items and my cell phone, I used marine wax on bike and am comfortable that it will protect any exposed metal. Once I took it out for my first ride , I fell in love. Listen I am a 6'2" 245 lb person. Easy to get on and off. I am also 62 years old and don't feel like I look like a fool getting off and on.I have gotten this bike up to 22 mph, could have gone faster , but didn't want to push it as I haven't been on a bike for over 45 years. comfortable , Large tires make me feel more secure. I can't tell you how much fun it is getting up on a Sat or Sun morning , doing my exercises and then taking an early morning ride. I also use it to ride to work. Love it!!! I am going to read as much as I can , so I can take proper care of it, Oh and front suspension can be locked or unlocked. Incredible invention!

I purchased this bike 11/26/22 based on the advice of a friend who has been riding his about 6 months now, then purchased another one for his girlfriend a few weeks before I ordered mine. It came packaged very well. I watched the you tube video on the factory this week and am even more impressed. The customer service has been excellent and we were corresponding several times before and after my purchase so I don't understand why others have said they had trouble getting a response. It wasn't to difficult to put together but I took my time to be sure everything was just right. I didn't understand the cover on the charging port and unfortunately I pulled hard and broke it. It is supposed to slide to the side. I again emailed customer service and in a few days I had a new cover arrive in the mail and it was simple to change out. We all took our bikes camping and rode some of the bike trails at a state park. When we hit sand and it started to bog down, a little push on the throttle and it pulled out strong and smooth. As for the battery, no issues so far. I am so happy I picked this one and couldn't be more pleased.

Pros: Plenty of power, a bit easier for shorter people to handle (Just over 5'), Good support. Removable battery for easy charging and storage.Cons: Had to work a bit to get the back rack bar on, but with a little persuasion it went together.Notes: I had a faulty inner-tube on the back tire and reached out to Samebike support. They reimbursed me the cost of the tube I had to purchase and threw in a free accessory as well.----Update Battery Dead after 8 Months. Will not hold charge.

Very pleased so far with the CO5. I added the bags, very needed for groceries shopping and the work commuting. The S830 interface is a little challenging if your not computer smart, I'm not. Utube helped out with learning how to program the bike to be at its best usable state. Needs a taller gear to be able to use the PAS mode in 5. At 22 + or- pedaling isn't possible. It will do 27+ mph and a comfortable 18 mph in PAS 4 where you can extend the battery to its longest mileage. As the picture shows i added a seat post. The battery should be in front of the post. So the post could be better positioned. I have 40 miles on it and now its just ride and see how durable it is. Good luck with everyone's experience, enjoy.Up date: 3 months and I'm at 500 miles. I've had 4 flats witch isn't fun when heading to work. I added tire skins in between tube and tire, helps greatly. Still commuting on it and hope to turn 1000 miles this summer.
