Mosby's Guide to Nursing Diagnosis

Mixed feelings. I love the book BUT I recently realized it's missing pages. You could never tell from the binding but it has almost 50 pages missing total in a few different places. Really makes the book worthless as a reference manual to carry.

This book is required for my nursing program soooo

so far each page seems to be there, seemed brand new. the book is great so far. in week 5 of fundamentals and have used it a few time, nice small size. idk if I would carry it on clincals tho

Needed this for school cause we didnt get a nursing diagnosis book. All our teacher love ackley and i have always loved anything by mosby. The 5th ed is a smaller version of the 11th ed which is more expensive. My classmates got the bigger one but i wanted something more compact if i wanted to bring it to clinical. Will see if i suffer or not for it.

This has helped me so much when doing care plans and things like that. It lays out everything for you and is so easy to use/understand. It is clearly labeled and easy to follow.

Book is falling apart someone who previous rented it spilled some type of red liquid making the pages stick. It a matter of time before pages start falling out
