Great upgrade from a ball-head
Super smooth tilting and panning, at last!Bought this to replace my ball head for my [thankfully] increasing video work. Floats smooth and feels solid; even despite the less-than-professional tilting baseplate. Last time I saw a head that had this 90-degree feature, it was on a rickety old tripod that I barely trust my Cybershot on!This one, however, feels very sturdy and can lock tightly into place. I'd feel safe using it to get portrait-orient photos with my A7S.Only reason I took a star off is because the baseplate feels a tad cheap, and the very top of the handle isn't quite flush with the head/body. No, I didn't expect a Monfrotto-level baseplate at this price, but still is a great upgrade for the price point :D

A genuine bargain.
The dampening is surprisingly smooth and the Arca Swiss compatible feature is a big plus. It's not a super heavy-duty head but it works just fine for my infrequent video needs on my dslr's. A genuine bargain.

Not good for consumer video cameras
Not what it is described as. Please read product description and specification carefully before buying this item. Also, ball head is quite stiff. Not good for consumer video cameras.

Good quality perfectly fit on me monopod very smoothly for video and for the price is almos one bargain.im goin to buy another for me tripod

For the price it does the job well. I just don't understand why the handle is on the left hand side. There should have been an option for the right handed.

It Broke
It broke! I have had it for about 6 months and it was nice at first but broke and there is no return on it.
