- The Lime tree is a small evergreen tree with white flowers. Produced from this tree are small green citrus fruit, sour in taste, similar to lemons. Limes are widely used in the culinary field, commonly used in Mexican, Vietnamese and Thai dishes. Lime essential oil has a very uplifting, joyful aroma. A wonderful addition when mixing a citrus blend to be diffused.
