I really like this batter, though it isn't without its problems. the things that are good about it are that it mixes well with both water and beer and both taste pretty good. the downsides are that there have been times where I've measured out the liquid and the batter has ended up too thick or too thin. in the case of the former, a few more millilitres of liquid should do the trick and in the case of the latter, just adding a little bit of flour works well to thicken it up - I use a general purpose gluten free flour but I don't imagine it matters much what kind you use.on cooking it, that can also be a little bit hit and miss - it can come out really light and crispy but sometimes it can hold onto a lot of oil so it can become a tad soggy on the underside of things. I do let things sit on kitchen towel for a few moments and that helps somewhat, but it isn't a perfect solution.

Had a slight issue with delivery but it was dealt with really quickly and efficiently and I would not hesitate to buy from seller again. Really good product. Highly recommended.

I have had a lot of issues getting gluten free fish batter this is one of the best l have tasted, l will be ordering from this company again.

Easy to put together and an excellent batter for cod or haddock. Haven’t tried anything else as yet but I will.

Makes a lovely batter... if a bit on the pale side, certainly ot a golden brown like on the packet and my first attempt was strangely chewy.... I have more packets to experiment with though.
