The ability to change the blade is cumbersome and I wasn't as satisfied with the cut. Will use again when my Pamper Chef peeler becomes dull.

A really cool and inexpensive kitchen tool. Of course, it will peel potatoes and carrots and it does so easily with little drag. But, there are two more tools that can be easily rotated into place for shredding and thin slicing with fine ridges for potato chips. I like this tool and find it much easier to use than peelers you used like a paring knife. My recommendation, get one, get several for simple gifts.
