Works well! No drilling install!
I installed in my 2019 Yamaha. I put it the battery compartment with top notch vent window tape. Install it on the driver's side. No drilling. Store the extra wire in the extra battery well. Easy. No need to put a hole in my dash and run wires under the floor or under the cart. How often do you need to look at it? I put my cart on the charger each day. It stops charging when full. I drove 16 miles the other day to test it and the gauge was accurate.This kit has everything you need if you want to install it on the dash which may require drilling. Positive(red wire) to the first positive in the series and negative(black wire) to the last negative in the series. Done.

Analog gauge made in USA.
Gauge quality good. Installed on Club Car Precedent 2003 vintage. Gauge works well but being analog just "pegs the needle" to beyond "charge", so gives some indication of battery capacity but not real accurate as to remaining charge in 48V system.

Not accurate on my golf cart with 6x 8v batteries
If you have a 48v system using multiple batteries (6x 8v batteries in my case) this may not work for you. Mine stays in the white charging zone most of the time and then my golf cart won’t run when the needle drops into 90% of the green zone. There’s no adjustments to dial in the accuracy. I’ll have to mark it with a sharpie or something until I find an appropriate meter. It probably works for other batteries but just not using my set up since when my battery is full my multimeter reads 51 volts. I’ll still give it 3 stars only because maybe this is my fault for not understanding my system.

Gauge works well
This gauge works as it should. Note that you need to wire direct to 48 or 36 volts, depending which gauge you bought to match your golf cart voltage.Easy to read. Installation takes some time, but looks and works great.
