These do a great job of sound dampening, but the will only fit a small or medium sized head. The ear cups do not move up or down to accomodate different sized heads. I got them to wear over my Apple wireless earphones when mowing or doing similar noisy chores, but they frequently knock the earphone out of my ear because the headpiece is too short to cover the bottom of the earbud.

Great product blocks sound really nicely a tad bit tight but helps with blocking sound very comfortable.

Excellent low cost hear protection. I use these at work, in a loud industrial environment, and they function flawlessly.

These really do cut out the noise. They are a little tight and not adjustable. Fortunately, I have a small head. My husband can't use them at all.

These are mediocre at best in the noise cancelling.Other reviews mentioned them being a tight fit, but I went ahead and gave them a try anyway.INDEED they are a TIGHT FIT.Maybe we all have Big Heads haha, Idk.

I use these for sensory avoiding kids that I work with. They seem to work well but they don't adjust which is a little frustrating having a variety of children

This may muffle sound a little, but certainly doesn't block enough noise to fall asleep.

I work on a ship and use these when I go into the engine room. Very nice will buy again
