Exact fit and function as stock
I used this item to replace the automatic choke on a 2005 Titan 8500 generator with the GX390 clone engine. It works perfectly- Just make sure you attach the linkage so that the choke is closed with the engine off.

Make sure you use a shop manual
Unit is exactly the same as the old one on my Honda eb3500x generator, only thing, does not come with instructions, make sure the choke lever swivel is properly installed over the carburetor butterfly lever or it will bind and prevent it from working properly.

worked great
I fixed my hard to start 6500 generator. Make sure you put the choke closed then put it on or it won't close it. The little cable part should be in front of the part on top of the part that works the choke it pulls it to choke pushes to open. Part seems to be made well.

The choke lever was of poor quality too long as well
Parts not put together snug .quality should come first I had to modify but would buy again because of digragm .

Don't waste your money!!!
Won't close choke!!! Bought 2 and neither one will close the choke shaft!!! 🤬🤬🤬 Amazon needs to screen these clowns a little closer!!! I'm just before canceling anything to do with Amazon JUNK!!!
