Beautiful item, but the incense it came with smelt so bad we threw it away and bought some from somewhere else! Buy for the item as it really is fabulous, but pre-prepare and buy the cones elsewhere.

The media could not be loaded.  The over product is fine but it has a poor finish. The inside could be finished better and also have the glaze on it. The cones are very poorly scented and only smell of burning wood. Otherwise it's lovely and calming to watch. It looks nice when in use. If you buy, purchase some better back burning cones with better scents

I didn't like it, there isn't enough sweets fragrance at all was very disappointed 😔

The media could not be loaded.  Nice product but false advertising with the mat holder piece of round felt not a wooden place mate with a nice picture of bamboos on the front was disappointed and makes the item look tacty won't be using that be using a proper place mat

I found the pellets hard to light and the smell was more of burnt wood

Lovely gift for my hubby for Xmas. Mesmerising to watch it when lite.

The actual burner itself is very well made and looks lovely, but the bones smell absolutely disgusting! They all smell the same of burnt wood leaving the room smelling like a bonfire.
