Does the job
I was a bit dubious buying this, but it is great. The bags are a good size and not flimsy, and the clips hold the bags in place well. Plus the spray bottle is an added bonus.

Decent quality.
Decent quality bags, but enormous & to be honest a little overpriced considering you have to pay postage & packaging. The bottle of spray doesn't spray it squirts more like a jet than a spray, however the clips seem to do the job, let's see how they cope with winter conditions.Will look for slightly smaller options for the bags.

Extremely Strong But Too Expensive?
Wheelie Klips Starter Pack.These bags are certainly the strongest wheelie bin bags I've ever used. The clips likewise are super strong also. I will certainly have to make sure I remember to remove the clips come bin day. I will keep the review updated with the longevity of the clips.
