Great customer service
I had issues with connecting my headset to my landline and customer service helped me with that. The product works well and makes answering the phone while typing so much easier.

Craftsmanship is Great
Old phone system and needed to the retro fit. Prefect. The previous one only had the hang of one ear feature was great for individuals who are concern about hair and in office appearance.

Use it for freezer warehouse work and holding up just fine. Normal wear and tear from the climate inside the building but way better than the products given to us on site. Would recommend.

this is a good product although it has a slight hum when using this.

Great Item for the money.
Word right out of the box. Easy to adjust for comfort. Mic Ned’s or moves toward or away from your face as needed. No complaints from anyone on the other end regarding sound quality. I work from him and am on the phone a lot. This works out great.
