I’ve never supplemented electrolytes or sodium in the past but I was looking for something that would give me sustainable energy to get me thru my fast which ends around 2-3pm. I wake up at 7 so low energy & headaches would kick in around 11am and the last few hours of my fast were rough. Since I’ve started to use this product, I’ve noticed a huge difference. I get way more work done throughout my morning, my productivity has shot up like crazy & best of all my hunger has dropped significantly. I highly recommend this product to anybody, and have already had some of my friends & my wife get on the train!

Another new product from Akimbo and it did not disappoint. Taking capsules before my workouts when fasted has really improved my energy and performance. These also help me stay satiated throughout the day which makes it easy to maintain a caloric deficit and aid me in my weight loss goals. Fasting days can be hard and staying on top of electrolytes can be annoying. Having to take your magnesium and potassium in different pills and mixing your sodium in with your water is gross.These fasting salts are so convenient having everything all in one pill. Now more bad tasting salt water. They really do work and keep the headaches, leg cramps, and erratic heart beat away. They also help with cravings and hunger if taken correctly.The only negative is the price. If you fast a lot and end up needing to take 3-6 capsules a day then the bottle is not going to last very long and you could end up need 2 or more bottle a month. That's $40-$60+ a month on just these pills.

These pills are Great to keep yourself hydrated!!! I work the weekends outside for over 8 hours and it has been in the 90's all summer, with a heat factor (feels like) of over a hundred degrees, SO, I really need to take electrolytes to survive the day and these little pills are a lifesaver!!! I have felt much better at the end of the day since I began taking these three weekends ago!!! So easy to take a couple and continue working, they work fantastically!! Not too bad a price since there are 100 of them and I save the price of overpriced name brand drinks that claim to be full of electrolytes but don't quite work as well as these!!! Thank you!!!

A few months ago I started fasting 16:8. When I wake up in the morning I usually don’t eat until 1 PM, and a lot of days it gets really draining on me. Because breaking a fast is a real no-no, I don’t have coffee or tea because I hate drinking them black and for the risk of adding creamer or milk or sugar in it. Taking one or two of these every few hours really helps keep my energy up. I just empty one crystallized lime packet into two glasses of water and have that with one of these pills.

I take these on my fasting days to help replenish salts. It works well: it’s not for every day use. I would only use if you are working out hard and lose so much sweat that you cramp up or if you are water farting and need to replenish electrolytes. Good for fasting

Exactly what I was looking for. I have been on the keto diet for a few months and I also do a couple days a week of fasts and these supplements have been fantastic. They make me feel amazing and provide everything I need to keep going. Excellent product great quality, will purchase again

My wife has been fasting on and off and often gets a little dizzy when doing so. She can also get headaches and was told to eat salt during those times. These fasting pills work so much better and she actually likes them.The downside is that there are 100 tablets in the bottle. The instructions say to take 3-6 a day. This means that the bottle will be fine if you only take 3. However, if you take 6 a day, you will need almost 2 bottles. That can add up when watching your wallet.
