Q: What is rhe weigh limit on the house? My cat weighs 24lbs

I don't think there is a weight limit, but the opening is small. My cat is 12 lbs and she doesn't seem interested in squeezing in.

Q: Do you buy a new house once they've scratched it all up? Or can you buy new scratching pieces for inside?

Hi! The inner piece is removable and can be replaced by any similarly shaped cardboard scratcher, like ASPCA flat scratcher. We are looking to add spare parts in the future. Thank you for your question!

It has an opening on one side and on top. It's not sturdy though. I would not buy it again.

Q: Is this sturdy enough for a backyard deck ( to take outside in nice weather ?

It’s all cardboard so while you can move it around & take it outside you can’t leave it out there.
