Amazing Machines Amazing Airplanes Activity book

The pictures provided and the description indicate that this comes with pieces on the inside cover to build your own airplane. This does NOT come with anything like that. It has activities and stickers but no airplane pieces as described and shown in the pictures. Very disappointing.

Great little activity book to do with your little one. I bought it for my 3 year old, most of the games and activities are over his head to do by himself but fun to do together.

My 4 year old loves reading through this book and doing all the activities. It lets him practice those fine motor skills (drawing lines, connecting dots), as he prepares for Kindergarten in 2017.

The activity book part is what you would expect, and is adequately workable and entertaining for the preschool to kindergarten set. The paper airplane is another matter entirely. Do you have small fingers and an engineering degree? If you are easily frustrated with tiny, flimsy, confusing paper tabs and don't own an exceptionally high amount of patience and tape then I would suggest a different book. The paper airplane activity is a nightmare comparable to a car alarm that goes off in the middle of the night for 4 straight hours. I'll never be the same again; I'm a broken woman. If you enjoy activities such as picking cherry tomato seeds out with rusty tweezers for hours while your child repeatedly cries about when you'll be done, then this is the book for you! Otherwise, save yourself now.

Bought this to pair with the book. They go well together. I'm a daycare provider, have several kids ages 2-4. They all liked this book, so I tore the pages out of this activity book and put them in sheet protectors so the kids can do the activities over and over with dry erase markers. Very happy with the purchase---and it's a great price!
