We were having trouble with white mold, and nothing was helping. We saw information that this product helps break down the stubborn biofilm of the mold in order to effectively treat it. Using this treatment before closing last season was our first step & boy did it work! Upon opening this season, the water was crystal clear & everything this product defeated was clumped at the bottom of the floor to be vacuumed out. From there, we have put the monthly Ahh-some clarifier in & this routine has kept the white mold away...FINALLY! We will keep this winterizing product in our closing routine without question!

I used it during close down of pool from Fall 2020 to Spring 2021. When opening the pool I was positively surprised. The only dirt was dust that made it under the cover during some storms in late fall and early spring. The product is great. No trace of any algae. I got the water back to crystal clear in 4 days. No srubbing, no extensive water out and new water in. Balancing the „new“ pool was a breeze. I will order again for the 21 to 22 season.

Not sure about the effectiveness, but the ad claimed that it was for up to 20,000 gallons and the product we received says it's good for only 15,000 gallons. we have an 18,000 gallon pool and I have to order another one.

Kind of expensive but I really like it

This product is Great. I have used it for 4 years now. I use a big bucket, and a plastic spoon. Scoop out a few pieces and toss into the bucket. Force a stream of water on the product and it turns to white water substance, that you dump into the pool. You'll probably use 4 buckets. That's it. No chemicals and expensive winter closing kits. Each spring when I remove my pool cover, the water is crystal clear. I use one container for my 15' pool.

I haven't actually tried the product yet, but when I received it and read the instruction's, I found one 6 ounce container only treat's 2,000 gallon's of water, nowhere in the product description did it tell you that, so I consider that misleading, I have a 10,000 gallon pool, so one container does me no good, if it would of said that in the product description I could've ordered the right amount.

We use this every year and have never had issues. When we open the pool in the spring, the water is clear and doesn't need any chemicals other than a bit of chlorine to get started.
