Well packaged. Good installation instructions. I had issue with installing bath tub spout. Sent email to company. Quick response. They recreated the part with more length on threaded portion. Additional cost for shipping of $30. Now -all installed. Works great and looks great. Good communication from company.

I spent several months remodeling my spare bath, mainly because of my work schedule. I finally finished and there was a issue with one of the brass fittings. The manufacturer was very responsive to my needs and worked with me to solve the problem. The waterfall spout in the soaking tub adds a level of elegance worthy of any high-end spa. We love the final results.

Beautiful rain shower and bathtub spout. The faucet came with a tiny chip on it . I contacted customer service and they immediately sent me a new one. Would definitely buy if you’re on the fence and need a shower system.

As my bathroom was taking place from a complete renovation, I could not visualize the water connection on the ruff-in. I called customer service to verify the thickness of my tile and then set to get a more accurate setting. I was told they can accommodate any distance to adjust the depth. I stopped worrying until I finished.I once again contacted customer service by attaching the old email. After getting generic answers I then spoke to a customer service rep. I was very confused almost like I was talking to a whole different company. I was speaking clear English that I needed the threads 3/8 to 1/2” longer. Now it became one excuse after another till I finally got an email saying, “we can make this but it’s going to be $60 plus $40 shipping and could take six weeks.! I had just bought a brass extension but it was almost a half inch too long. Knowing the guy was just blowing smoke up my *>%#, and I knew if I wanted this done now I had to do what I didn’t want to and that was cut off 7/16 of an inch of the thread. I was very careful and make sure I didn’t mess up the threads.Bam! Done, deal and fit perfect with no leaks!This is why I’ve been known as MacGyver! (an 80s gadget guys show)The day before I wrote this review, I must’ve wasted two hours texting back-and-forth to the customer service person that was back-and-forth assumably with higher up technicians. Or that was at least what he was insinuating from time to time as he put me on hold.When they tell you, not to worry, it’s time to start worrying! I do blame some of it on my plumber that set the ruffin originally back 2 1/2” on the spout and 1” on the other 2 and that was back from the studs! I fired him!
