Healthier option
I have replaced virtually all my food storage containers with these pyrex bowls. They come in different sizes and I can microwave my left overs without worrying that I am leaching dangerous unhealthy plastic chemicals into my food. Can't live without these. Lids do work well, but I wouldn't put them in a lunch bag sideways or anything cause then I think the lids would leak a little.

Pyrex for the daily lunch!
We like Pyrex in our house and after having to clean plastic containers sometimes three times we decided to make the full switch.These are good for meal prep for us, if you are expecting to be able to pack a ton of food into these be aware they are only 4cup.One thing I learned over the years is never put the lids in the microwave or dishwasher, this is how they end up warped, dried and cracked very shortly after. We just use a paper towel in the microwave and Hand wash the lids. So far so good!

These are just a good as the original Pyrex bowls I've had for 40+ years. l was apprehensive about buying these because of some of the negative reviews. All I can say is don't believe half of what you see. Use these properly and you won't have a problem.👍

New bowls
Needed some larger glass bowls for left overs. These work very nicely.

Helped me beat the two bowl problem.
I take lunch to work. In the past, I'd bring lunch in a plastic container, transfer it to a bowl, heat it up. Now I had two bowls to clean. I take this to work, heat in place, and I only have one bowl to clean. Just remember the glass lips are fairly fragile. Make sure, that as soon as you can, you place the plastic lip on, to protect the glass lips.

Love the hell out of these!!!! Btw the sour cream is in a 3 Lb container, for size reference... A Most Excellent storage size!!!

Sandwich Sized
I love that you can fit a man-sized sandwich in these Pyrex containers. I have one of these in my lunch bag nearly every day with either a loaded construction worker sandwich, wrap, or one of my pre-made frozen meals...pasta bake, enchilada, etc.
