Really good product to use, picks up dust great.

Only after 1 month of usage, the handle became too loose. Now it won't stay at a shorter length. It automatically slides to full length making it frustrating to use sometimes.

Like the duster. The extension lock is not the best and have to hold at that location to keep at length.

Product is easy to use, very light, long handle for hard to reach area. 4 star because the microfiber is a little too thin for me. Used it for my car.Customer service is excellent, item received was defective and easily replaced with new one, even let me keep the detachable microfiber from the defective one. Delivered on time.

REALLY helpful for reaching those pesky cobwebs up in the ceiling corners, and outside porchlights...the list goes on. This is my go-to duster. Best to retract it before banging the dust off to clean it. I banged it too hard on my porch railing when extended, and made a little dent in the extension pole. Still works fine.

I bought this for my mother so she won't feel the need to stand on a step-stool to dust the top of her fan or blinds. She tried using the swiffer extendable duster but the refills would leave material behind where this does not. Plus it is washable so less going to a landfill!
