This is the third phone I've purchased for my children - who are the type who need rugged phones. this time around the phone didn't start up and set up well and froze instead. Customer service took care of me in a jiffy; I sent them back the phone, they sent me a new one, and now we're all set. Five stars!

Michael is very clumsy with his phone, he is around water all day, and drops it a lot, it is the perfect gift for the husband or children that are around water or just clumsy.

I purchased the BV4900 pro in April 2022 'n just yesterday the "OS" went blewy. It "reboots" every15 seconds? WTH? I've left it at a phone repair shop (technician at first couldn't figure out whathappened, now has to have "diagnostics"...heck, he couldn't even reboot the system!)....unsure whatis up...I can't call anyone (no customer service)....I got a 2-yr warranty/repair but sheeze....thats justbad phone.

Llego a tiempo, buena calidad, buen tamaño, las imágenes y el video no son muy buenas, pero como es para trabajo lo importante es que resista, por eso buscamos uno de uso rudo, ya se cayo varias veces y todo bien.

I like it. I use it to video chat, make phone calls, text people, look up various things.

Phone is solid and works great. Battery life is awesome and it’s great for anyone who works our doors. It’s drop tested and still runs very quick. The colors are also interesting and it’s pretty fun to use day to day.

This phone is for my 8 year old son. He is not rough with it but yet it still cracked. Some liquid got into the charger slot, was cleaned out immediately but will not charge anymore
