The solar panel is in the wrong position to have it in your front window!
If they moved the solar panel to the front of the figure it would work much better when you put it in your window , it works fine in your car as long as you have it facing towards you.!.

This is a lovely little solar powered mr bean.We put it in the window and he has a little dance. It is a little fragile so handle with care. Very happy with it
