The Jam Factory Girls Fight Back - third and final novel in the series
This is that third and last book in this wonderful series. It starts in April 1913 and Millie is heavily pregnant, but she has been forced to leave her husband Len Lefton, when she realised the only reason he chose her instead of her half sister Elsie is because of the Jam Factory and large legacy she owned. Len had control of the Jam Factory and most of her assets after marriage as he got her to sign. It over, and she unwittingly did it. Millie’s stepfather Wilf and his son take on the case of trying to get her assets back. This is a brilliant third and final book in the series, I had to,force myself to put it down to go to bed. I have read every one of Mary Wood’s novels , they get you hooked from the beginning. I guarantee if you read this novel you will want to read the first two, and all her other books. I highly recommend this wonderful novel.
