You will never find a better cookie sheet! I love it!

Big improvement over our last non-stick baking tray, which lasted a long time
After using it for about a month, this is heavier than our last tray, better non-stick surface, better designed and more well made. I expect it to last 20 years or more if handled with care and hand washed. I would never put any non-stick in a dishwasher, no matter what the manufacturer says. Since they are non stick, they are super easy to hand wash in seconds, literally.

Great pans
We’ve used the pan with in insert rack to cook bacon in the oven and it was perfect! Crispy and not greasy. We’ve also baked biscuits and they were perfect as well. We didn’t put any grease or spray on the pan and they did not stick at all. I haven’t made cookies yet but will be baking Christmas cookies next week. Can’t wait!
