I bought the medium for A/B cup. I wear a 34B regular bra. This fits me perfectly. Be sure to follow the directions for getting the cleavage that you need. I adjusted it a few different ways to discover the various effects.For the most cleavage, push the cup inside out and place the silicone over the outer edge of your breast with the clasp facing downward toward the floor. Once both of the cups are fitted, then lift and fasten the clasp. This is what worked best for me.And as the other reviews have shown, there are additional items in the box: alcohol wipes, areola petals, lifting tape, etc.The inside of the cup is silicone and very sticky. The outside of the cup is fabric. When I wear it under clothing, it is smooth and appears as any strap and band bra.I do like this bra.

I loved the comfort of this.However, it didn't do what it was supposed to and started losing it's adhesion within 30 mins. I was at home too, nothing major. My other complaint is that it wasn't low-cut enough for my bridesmaid dress. Do yourself a favor and buy a sticky bra through Azazie.com. they have a brand called KISS that works perfect. Very affordable and comfy, it does start to unstick a little bit after you sweat just like any other sticky bra but I like the quality of it. It also comes with alcohol pads to clean the area before use and extra nipple covers and extra adhesive.

Did not stick at all,bought it for my wedding,ended up not using a bra,cos ut couldn’t old and it kept coming off.mind u I had no oil on my skin.

I've purchased two of them. They look nice under my dresses. Lays flush against skin. Seem is not visible.Warning: Your boobs will sweat in them, lol, but it's worth it. Peels off slowly so you don't hurt your nips.

The bra was the wrong size and didn’t stick even after cleaning the skin. One of the cups was bent beyond use straight out of the box and it offered no support.
