OMG! I love love love this series! It keeps you in suspense from page one! Can't wait to read the next book! You don't want the story to end!

Haven't read in a while so downloaded the 1st in the series to read on my Kindle app when I have brief moments of wait time! Pretty quick reads, but enjoying the series. Order of read is 1, 2, 3, 3.4, 4 part 1, 4 part 2, 5.

But they just keep getting better!A lot of questions are answered from vol 4 part 1. What happened to Kayla? That says a lot, given the amount of time I've been reading "ghost stories". This series is so much more than that and could absolutely be the next big blockbuster. Bigger than Twilight. It could fill the void so many of us still feel from the loss of The Vampire Diaries (even though this series doesn't deal with Vamps) if the right cast and directors are chosen.**** Recommended for supernatural lovers of ALL AGES ****** and definitely worth all 5 stars. If I could give it more, I would give it more!!!

Things are getting so good with this series. I still hope that Mattie ends up with Dan especially after that kid they shared I was so happy . I can’t wait to see what comes up next and what Silas wants from Mattie when she asks him for a favor because Benny is missing.

This is so good I had a hard time putting it down. If I did not get sleepy I could have finished it a lot sooner. Great plot and story line I am going to start 5now and I can hardly wait to find out what else Mattie is. I think I know but I am waiting for it. Ok here goes. Yeah Mattie!

GREAT SERIES!!!!! I am very picky about what I like :) I will usually try things 2 times before deciding but I didn't need any time at all to decide I will read anything Apryl Baker writes!!!!! The people are so real, the situations are incredible, her books are the kind you can't stop reading, do you really need clean laundry? :) Start with the beginning of this series and you will be totally hooked!!! :) If not this isn't your kind of book so why are you reading my review? Actually it has something for everyone so how could it not be your kind of book???? :) Email me I would love to know what you do read! :) Oh, you don't have to read the books in order but I recommend you do. :) No I am not telling you anything about the plot because I am EVIL!!!!!! :) Enjoy :)

I'm not sure why there is book 4 part one and book 4 part two. Seems like this could have been all one book. It was frustrating as most of it is Mattie being sick while people flutter around worried about her. Lots of hints and innuendo with nothing resolved.I really like the series but feel cheated that I had to buy an extra book.

Mattie wakes up in hospital again but that doesn’t mean she’s out of action. With a dangerous father, a demon for a grandfather, and a guardian angel, not to mention her new friend the reaper, she has been kept busy. She must find Kayla’s killer before it’s too late. Dan’s abilities begin to look a lot like Mattie’s, if only he could master the sword that seems to appear from nowhere.Mattie’s internal strength seems to know no limits but her body is starting to show signs of an overload. I think of all the fantastic characters within this series my favourite has to be Silas. Don’t judge me. The relationship between Mattie and the Malone brothers, including Dan, is starting to get complicated and with the arrival of the newly awakened Eric, AKA mirror boy, it throws another fan boy her way.Baker left the ending on a bit of a cliff-hanger so I’ll be checking for the release date of the next book.

Now I have to wait for the next book when I want to read it now , I'm so devastated .God I love these books and want to read more and more , they would make a fascinating film .This book seemed shorter than the rest , but much more going on , I love maddie and Dan ,well I love them all to be honest , I hope they find Mary and the boy unhurt and that maddie doesn't get hurt either .

Well what can I say, loved it and has left me wondering even more about are resident ghost girl mattie!!The only thing with reading this book so fast in now having to wait for ages for the last and final installment and see if Mattie walks away without losing herself. Brilliant series and would recommend people to read from the beginning.

Nooooo... I just finished number 4 part 2! Gutted to see there's no number 5 yet especially as it's been left on a cliffhanger!I've literally read this whole series within 2 weeks! I love the books & really enjoyed the read!!

Mattie continues to discover her incredible abilities in this addictive series. This is a great series and I hope that we get to learn of Mattie's interactions with the demons quickly, I can't wait.
