Someone needs to write another book on this subject. The content here is gold. The form is verbose, and parts of the book are almost completely made up of unnceessary word salad. Langford definately knows what he is talking about, but is despeartely in need of an editor.

The author obviously has a lot of experience and also obviously put a tremendous amount of effort into writing this book. Nevertheless, it is very difficult to read. The type is small and there are very few line breaks, bullet lists, charts, or other visual aids to help the reader assimilate the information. Some paragraphs go on for two pages without any sort of break. The information in the book might be wonderful, but the book design [how the information is laid out to make it easier for the reader to absorb] is terrible - among the worst I have seen, and I have several hundred technical books on my shelves. I am really surprised that CRC Press (a major publisher that happens to have also published some of the best technical books that I have purchased) allowed this to go out in its current form.
