After ordering a similar looking machine from another vendor and getting a machine that looked nothing like the picture, I ordered this one, 8 in 1. Made 12 shirts in quick sucession, the whole are was thoroughly heated. Used the mug press as well and worked beautifully. Very happy with this product and pretty good directions.

I love how easy it is to use!!! I haven't had any problems out of it at all!

The media could not be loaded.  We're new to HTV and dye sub. We have a small, hand held press but decided a larger press would work better for us.This is a 5 in 1 press which just means it comes with accessories. You have the big plate for doing tshirts, bags, towels and the like. You also get a mug press for 11oz sized mugs, and a press for hats. What you don't get it the 2 sizes of plate press- instead you just get 2 pieces of foam to use with the large plates which don't quite do the trick. You can check Amazon listings for heat presses, and all of the other 5 in 1's come with 2 heated plates for doing plates, but not this one. I hunted around on and off of Amazon to see if I could get the plate heat press pieces separately, and that doesn't seem to be an option. Likewise for other accessory press bits like for different sized cups and mugs. If you think you might want those options, get a press that comes with them since it doesn't look like you can get them separately unless you start out with an expensive professional model.This one is also more expensive than many of the other listings, but from pictures and descriptions alone I don't think it's necessarily a better unit.It heats well and heats up pretty fast. The outside of the press stays a bit cooler, but you still don't want to touch it when in use. Most of the heat is in the center of the press, and the sides are a bit cooler. You can set your desired temperature and there is a timer as well, so you can play with those settings to see what your best results will be. All in all, it's a pretty solid unit, with a few little things like the lack of actual plate press elements that drop it down a star.

It is an easy-to-use product, I think it is a good investment.
