Custom Speargun Bands 16mm (5/8in) with Pre - Tied Spectra Wishbones Made of Prime Line Rubber for Spearfishing

The best thing about these bands is that I can easily untie the wishbone to install on my speargun. Good system. I will get these type of bands from now on.

Poor quality. Broke on the first load into the gun. Not even the wishbone, but the core snapped right out.

These appear to be quality made, with quality components, but they're not. Sadly, after only my second trip out, one of the constrictor knots failed causing the band to snap from the spear - had a hand been near, I could've been injured! Additionally, on the very next trip out, not one, but TWO of the 'slip knots' (that hold the short part of line that hooks the shaft/spear) slipped out. They're an easy enough fix / retie, but again, to have the band snap from full power - not cool.I recommend shopping for another brand if you're replacing/upgrading your bands. At the very least, double check the knots, and double-tie the slipknots for the shaft/spear part of the line.

Wish I could give it 0 stars because it about broke my hand when it snapped. Bought it 2 weeks ago a and using on an AB Biller. Do not buy.
