Was late by 4days no wooden display box arrived and was for birthday so missed birthday date product is lovely decanter great and nice weight glasses lovely but very disappointed no display box came as was for birthday present

The decanter and glasses are ok, but due to the shape of the bottle the engraving doesn’t look right. Came without display box originally, which meant I couldn’t give as gift until after the birthday. Display box arrived a few days later but as u can see isn’t fit for purpose. Tried contacting seller to be constantly told I am unable to return. I didn’t want to return the whole thing, just get a nice box to display the items in. Still waiting for seller to contact me!I would like a box that’s fit for purpose or a refund for the box. I understand why no refund given for the engraved items but not the box.Very disappointed and actually reluctant to give the gift without the box as the box would have made it more special. I almost feel like I’d rather by my friend something else but don’t have the money 😡😟😏

The gift was very nice what I was looking for,but thought it should have been in presentation box and that would have made it an even nicer gift ,was disappointed about that

Bottle looks a bit better, but the glasses are very cheap looking with bumps on the edge, they look different than the bottle, not meant to be a set. One of the glasses arrived broken, another one broke when tried to move it out of the box. Very thin glass.
