It is amazing the great taste of this quick to prepare red chile sauce. This is the Hot Chili mix. Simply wisk into 5 cups of water and heat. Sauce thickens up nicely in 5 to 10 minutes. A must have when cooking New Mexican dishes of enchiladas, carne adovada, frito pie, chili dogs, or stews.
