A great book to inspire willpower
I haven't completed the 28 days yet, and I actually stopped after a few days and skipped weeks. But I'm back at it again, and that's the whole point of this book for me. I had lost my willpower and hoped this would help me find it again. It did. Very inspiring, amazing, and so good to help get my mind back on track. I highly recommend this for all levels of yoga fitness.

This book changed my mindset for wellness
One of the only books that truly helped me transform my mind and my body. I am grateful Mandy wrote this book and got me on a path to spinning in January 2017. Then by January 2018 I was ready to take on Yoga. Now - I have the balance I've been looking for.

I really enjoyed the chapter “Grow Down
This book is insightful and vulnerable as we are invited to share in Mandy’s personal journey. Her honesty helps me relate to my own experiences and have hope that maybe “heart break” is actually the opportunity to “break open.” The yoga sequences and energetic healing practices she offers are practical, spiritually nourishing and gives us a choice on how we approach moving through our own emotional pain. I really enjoyed the chapter “Grow Down.”

Healing for the Heart, and Better Health for Body and Mind
I am a big fan of Mandy Ingber. I have used her previous "Yogalosophy" book and DVD and enjoyed them very much. As I have been through some difficult times lately, I was excited to get this book, which she wrote just after a sad breakup. It's all about how to heal your heart and get through tough times. One thing I liked a lot was that there is a workout for every day of the week, so 7 in all, and I really enjoyed the Saturday workout which includes strengthening exercises. In addition to those there is weekly inspiration for 12 weeks. Each of these includes a checklist of workout, music playlist (I like many of her song choices), healthy recipes, her own personal stories and stories from people she knows that have good insights, an additional pose, a meditation, and other notes on healing and/or being healthy.I feel like Mandy really knows what it's like to go through hard times and heartbreak. She offers several of her own stories and says what she did to make herself feel better. If you are going through a really rough time I think this book can help, and I'm looking forward to completing the 12 week journey.

Better than I thought
I am a yoga teacher and discovered Mandy purely by chance. I thought it would be a very marketing yoga but not at all it's the opposite quite interesting!I recommend it for someone who is looking for a little more than just yoga but want to add cardio and strength to an established yoga routine.
