I hope this doesn't fail down the road. The range hood light needed replacement, but parts no longer available and didn't want to spend $6-700 to replace the whole thing. It comes with cord clips with sticky back, but the sticky back is pretty weak, and there were only two. Needs about five for my installation. Not enough. The magnet holds the unit in place; that's really nice. Too bad it's so hard to place the cord more discreetly without enough clips.

I ordered one to test it out and was so pleased with it, I ordered two more. The most time consuming part is unwrapping them. The most difficult is dealing with the super glue since the tape doesn’t hold. I put 3 drops of super glue on the tape on the back of each metal bracket installed on the light, positioned it in place under my cabinet and hel it there about 10 seconds until it wouldn’t move. Then carefully detach the light , leaving the brackets in place until completely dry. The anchors for the cord were very difficult to position and hold in place without gluing your fingers. There were included two clear silicone-like squares with adhesive on one side. No explanation what they’re for so I would be curious to hear if anyone figured it out.

Revised 2023 - 04 - 15. It started working again after I banged it a couple times. Stays on and brightness works again. Who know??? Anyway, I give ir 4* now.The motion switch was nice. Failed recently. It comes on but immediately goes off. So useless.

So far work it works just fine. I did have to use a different type of sticky tape to attach one side. It kept falling down on that side.

The product came with no adapter to plug the light into a socket. Once I got an adapter, the light worked great. After a hour or so of being in the light shut off and the plug into the socket was extremely hot.I tried the light in another socket and even used it at another house, with the same result.This is a fire hazard.What a disappointment.

Didn'like the adhesion it doesn't stick.

I was initially mildly disappointed because the moving sensor required a specific movement to “sense” the movement and it was not always consistent. The light intensity was great and they also had a nice look, so I kept them and just tried to get use to the movement sensor.Today after three months or so it stopped working. The lights do not turn on anymore no matter how much I try to activate thr sensor.Now I feel I wasted my money.

This product is the best Under Cabinet Lighting.I recommend this item to everyone who needs Under Cabinet Lighting.
