If your a 1st timer read this -trust lol- Thin layer when applying but MAKE sure you apply firmly. I can go straight to body from the 175 degrees. (Always test on inner wrist before session) after application let cool to harden for 8 min before removing. Short quick pulls not all at once. MAKE sure you let cool and rehardenish before you remove. Apply in direction of the grain of hair. Remove opposite direction. My 1st 2 attempts were garbage until duhhh I had to let reharden for 8 min. I applied 2x4 firm wax placements (no strips) then did a little web surfing and came back 12 min later (a lil long to make sure) my face actually is hairless except for my brows of course lol and lashes. I wish someone had given these tips before I did 2 jacked up attempts but hey now I can share with you!**Beads drop in whole bag turn on high cover come back in 5 min stir then repeat then drop to 175 and wait idk 2ish minutes.Good luck remember to test on wrist for temp also stir once before each new dip because top cools a lil.I'm a first timer I am not professional but I'm just sharing what worked for me. Dont burn yourself! Luckily i have good heat tolerance. The is a pretty good little wax pot. Comes with plenty of wax beads and little wooden sticks. Perfect for face and peach fuzz and pores on nose. It all depends in how you use it. If you thinks its bad just watch videos on how to wax. Professionals train to wax for a reason.

While this is very easy to use and pretty basic settings in how to heat up the wax, the included wax beans are garbage. By the time they heat up to a melting point, you have less than 5 seconds to get it on the skin and slap a strip on top of it before it's too dry to adhere to the strip and I'm left picking off wax that isn't pulling the hair out. Also, the quality of the wax isn't the greatest besides that because I do not have sensitive skin in the slightest and it caused some skin reactions involving redness and bumps. That was using clinical grade skin cleansers specifically made for waxing since I've been doing this for a while.It also is difficult to clean out when the wax is in the stage to be able to get it soft enough to remove from the inner canister. I honestly recommend buying the wax from Sally's and the waxing rings that go in the dip between the outer and inner casing to keep things tidy. The price point and easy to set temperatures makes it 3 stars but the included "extras" keep it from being 5.

Honestly I was waiting for it to arrive and when it finally did when I opened the box, it was damaged, then the lid from the wax warmer was broken I checked and half the stuff that comes with were missing. I got a replacement so we’ll see if they do come complete. On top of that I got that product a little late it was supposed to be here the following day and it got here 3 days after…
