Very excited to see this product. Often would avoid pancakes out even though I love them because of the syrup they serve. Thrilled to have organic syrup to bring with me.

Nothing not to like here, the product itself is ridiculously good but the fact that it is portable AND resealable is great!

I got these mostly for the on-the-go packaging but upon closer inspection, there are more benefits to using these than my regular 1-gallon container. As indicated on the product page, these are harvested from a pesticide-free farm, BPA-Free pouches, Non-GMO, and no added additives or flavors, preservatives, or dyes. My 1-gallon syrup surely does not have all these factors albeit this cost just a little more but well worth it come to think of it. As for the taste, there is no artificial sweet after taste, this is a lot smoother but not as thick. Well, with just 12 g of sugar, I guess the rest is naturally sweet so it seems :). The color is more like golden brown than amber to me, maybe it's just my eyes :). There are no expiration date but a Best By date in June 2022 which I am sure will not last long in my household :). These came in very convenient, easy to carry, tampered-proof pouches that are leak-free when the screw-on cap is tightened correctly. I will probably be saving these for my next camping trip or traveling on my next vacation. I will also try to replace sugar with these as well when traveling while trying to be a little healthier as well, even though these still contain about 12g of sugar, it's much better than 100% sugar, right? LOL. So many uses for these pouches but with so little syrup :). I guess that would be my only gripe with these but not a deal-breaker considering the benefits. Overall, really like this inside and out, just as good or even better than the Canadian Maple syrup to me personally :).

As far as flavor and texture go, this is about what I would expect from maple syrup that is fresh. I've found that, the longer maple syrup sits, the darker and thicker it becomes (especially if it is not in a completely airtight container and is sitting in the refrigerator). This is a bit thinner than most, but not think by any stretch. The flavor is rich and clean maple and I enjoyed it a great deal over pancakes.The packaging is convenient for controlling how much is exposed to air at any given time and is fantastic for camping as it's not in a fragile glass container nor in a screw-top bottle. However, once it is open, it doesn't seal any better than a plastic jug, perhaps not as well, so it's most convenient if you use it up or are looking to repack it with less volume. These packets are excellent for squeezing in between other things and not as heavy as other types of packaging. As is often the case, that convenience comes at a price. This isn't the most economical way to get maple syrup so I would consider it mainly for special use situations like hiking or camping.

Taste great but bit pricey

This product is AMAZING!! all natural..organic. Their customer service is outstanding. The delivery was packaged on point. We are a non profit company that helps the elderly, and this company has helped us tremendously!!

This is great tasting maple syrup, buddy. It compares right along some super awesome maple syrup I bought that was freshly squeezed into a glass bottle by a roadside guy in Quebec. At least I think he said it was squeezed. He called it sirop d'érable, friend, and took most of my money in trade.This maple syrup from Vermont is just as Magnifique, only much easier to take camping. Or to breakfast. Or to the couch where I can satisfy my Stranger Things Eggo craving.What will I do when the syrup no longer comes out of the cap? I'll cut this thing open, of course. Not gonna waste any bit of it. That didn't work so well with that Canadian bottle...

The best way to describe how I feel about this maple syrup is to tell you that after thoroughly enjoying it on our French toast, I immediately ordered a box to send to my brother in law.This is THE BEST syrup I've ever tasted in my life. It is sooooooo tasty and is more 'mapley'? The flavor is pure maple!Hubby and his brother grew up in Vermont and have always told me about Vermont Maple syrup. Now, living in Missouri and the Southwest, they haven't had REAL Maple syrup in ages.He's going to love it. And, if you've never had real Vermont Maple syrup, I highly recommend this one.I'm not a fan of pancake syrup so I drizzled a little of this syrup on my French toast but, after a few bites, I poured more on. I couldn't get enough.100+ stars on this one. It is delicious!I hope this helps you.
